
Falafel Wrap Recipe
Ingredients
1 flatbread or pitta. 4 Gentile falafels. slices of avocado to taste. a small handful of parsley, coriander and mint leaves. 1/2 lemon juice.
Yogurt Sauce
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt. 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice. 1/4 cup seeded and chopped cucumber. 1 teaspoon minced garlic. Salt to taste. 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste.
Methods
Step 1
For the yogurt sauce, mix all the ingredients with some seasoning in a small bowl.
Step 2
Heat the flatbread in a dry frying pan, about 30 seconds per side. Pour the yogurt sauce over the flatbread and top with the falafel and avocado, then scatter over the herbs, squeeze over the lime juice and add the sauce. Roll up and enjoy.
