- Veggie bowl for a delicious lunch
This second preparation is ideal for lunchtime, when you want to spend more time with your meal. You can make this recipe with animal protein, or if you prefer, with one of our vegetarian options. You will need:
- A broccoli.
- A carrot.
- A zucchini.
- Two or three radishes.
- Half a red onion.
- Peppers or paprika.
- A portion of chicken, or vegetable protein.
- Chickpeas.
- Our delicious hummus, which will be the star of the dish.
Wash and disinfect all your vegetables and, once they are dry, cut them into slices and separate them in a bowl.
Next, on a hot griddle, add a little oil to grill your chicken breast. Check carefully that it is not overcooked. When it is fully cooked, remove it from the heat and cut it into small julienne strips.

If you want a vegetarian option, you can make a delicious dish with our vegetarian kibbeh. All you have to do is heat up enough oil to fry them and take them from their packaging to the stove. (Or if you prefer, you can do it in your air fryer.)
